Welcome Vendors! JAFAX 2024 Vendor Registration is open again as we still have a few tables available to sell! You can find the application here.

Please fully read our terms for application before submitting the form.

Once you have completed the application, we will send out an email confirming your acceptance no later than one week after receiving it. Vendor Registration will remain open until all spots are filled.

VOLUNTEER WITH US>>

Welcome, all Volunteers! Without people like you that help run various tasks at JAFAX, we would be unable to run the event.

Beside the wonderful perk of helping keep our attendees happy and giving back to the larger Animé community, all volunteers benefit from these extra perks:

  • Badge refunds, where 10 hours of work awards a full refund of a 3-Day Badge

  • 4 hours of work will award a refund of a one day badge

  • Entry into prize raffles and the "Keith Lehmann Volunteer Award"

 

Volunteer scheduling is flexible, please work with our Volunteer Coordinator to ensure that your volunteer shift is appropriate for your schedule. The volunteer positions that we currently have are as follows:

  • Badge Checker: Responsible for verifying the validity of badges upon entry to the convention space, ensuring seamless access for all attendees

  • Runner: Tasked with promptly fulfilling errands and relaying messages on behalf of JAFAX staff, filling in for any vacant shifts to maintain operational continuity

  • Autographs Attendant: Maintains the organization and tidiness of guest autograph lines, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees seeking signatures
